Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Browse through our Catalogues and note the Product Name and number on our order form or yours, complete the details for delivery and payment.

UK Schools, colleges and public sector!!< institutions do not need to open an account. Simply send us an order and we will open the account for you. Other UK customers are asked to pay by credit or debit card or send a cheque with the order.

International Customers are most welcome - please contact us about delivery arrangements costs and payment.

Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

We accept credit card payment. Where ever you are shopping from, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP or Euros.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. Orders made from other countries in the European Union will be charged 15% VAT unless the VAT registration number including the 2 letter country code is provided.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Any product that does not meet your need may be returned within 10 days in perfect condition for a full refund, exchange or credit. Please return packages by recorded delivery. You must telephone first for a returns number.
